This isn’t spin — it’s the deep-fried truth. From the ghetto to glory, I cooked my way out. I was born to fry chicken. Made my first at seven. By my twenties, I was cheffing in five-star hotels, which brought me to Sydney. Fancy, sure — but the little voice in my head kept whispering “fried chicken, fried chicken...”
So I chased chicken gold across the U.S., then came home to outcook and out doLouisiana with my own serving of soul. Years spent on the chicken, the gravy, the fries (Cajun spice and chicken salt took them from a 10 to an 11). My sauce obsession cost me friends — worth it. Dunk right in. You’ll taste it.
